FAQ

What you need to know upon purchase of a charter flight ticket
A charter flight is a flight on a specific route without a clearly defined departure time and flight details. The charter flight is arranged by a travel agent or tour operator who negotiates the flight with the airline.

Possible Changes During Charter Flights:

Passengers on charter flights may experience changes in flight details without compensation:
  • Change in departure time within +/-24 hours;
  • Change in aircraft type;
  • Change of airline;
  • Change in flight number;
  • Change in departure or arrival airport within the same city without providing transfer services.

Ticket Exchange and Refund Rules:

Once the ticket booking is confirmed, charter fare tickets are non-exchangeable, non-modifiable, and non-refundable at the passenger’s request.
A ticket refund is only possible if the flight is canceled without an alternative flight option being provided.

When Can You Receive Your Tickets?

Depending on when you purchased your tickets, we will send them:
  • No later than 3 hours before departure if the purchase was made within the last 24 hours before the flight;
  • 1-2 days before departure in all other cases.

Check-in for the Flight:

Some charter flights do not support online check-in through the airline’s website. Therefore, you will need to check in for the flight for free at the airport.

Where to Find Flight Information?

  • Up-to-date flight information will be displayed on the airport departure board on the day of departure.
  • Charter flights are not displayed on airport websites.
