Some changes in booking can be surcharged. In that case, after we receive your application for changes, we will send to your email a surcharge bill.

How to pay a surcharge on changes?

1. Log into “My Account”;
2. Go to the “Flight Tickets” – “Booking #” – “Edit order” – “Surcharge.”

You must pay the surcharge before the expiry date specified in the email. If you have not paid before expiry date, make a repeat request for changes.

You can pay the amount with your credit/debit card or choose any other available way of payment.
