To cancel your booking online, please

1. Log into the site and enter “My account” – “My orders” – "Flight tickets" – "Booking #" – “Edit order”;
2. Select the passenger/booking that you wish to cancel and the reason;
3. Attach the required documents which will be listed after you select the refund reason;
4. Click “Send request”.

Your ticket will be cancelled only after the amount refundable has been confirmed via “My account”. Please note that for the booking cancellation, a fee may be charged according to the fare rules and the airline policy, as well as the service charge of the agency.
